Vodafone customer care support and invalid deductions

First I would like to highlight that Vodafone has worst and pathetic customer care. The executives sitting on the other side are rude and do not listen to the customer even if u r calm and polite. If at all u are successful in telling the complaint, they put u on hold for forever and they blame you for your own complaint. And when u say u want to talk to supervisor they either disconnect your call or put u on such a long hold that u disconnect yourself out of irritation and wastage of time. They are really unprofessional and this has happened all the time with me despite of being such a loyal customer to them. I’m short of words to explain how pathetic, rude , unprofessional their executives are.

Now my complaint is that every month I recharge my number for INR 348 with 1 GB data/day for 28 days and every month when it’s due I receive the message to recharge again. If Vodafone checks my record then they would find I have been doing it regularly without any hassle to them or me. But this month I did not receive any intimation to recharge my number and I continued browsing internet hoping I have my data recharge. After deducting 368 INR from my main balance I received the message that my pack has expired. Now I do not have tendency to remember all of my recharge dates from previous month. If they would’ve intimated me I would’ve recharged on time. Since, I do not see my fault here, they should refund my main balance amount.

Also, I have told my irony with customer care when I tried explaining the same thing, they kept me on long hold so that I disconnect myself and the other executive disconnected my call. So yes I called them twice and explained same thing. You can also listen to the calls and see how they behaved with me even when I was being polite and patient. Please resolve this query at the earliest convenience. Should u have any questions or need any detail please let me know.

I received data expiry message at 12:15am on 20th November 2017 and I immediately called them. Until then my balance was 52 INR from 420 INR.
