I did not activate these services and they deducted Rs. 77 for each of this service (Tiny TV & KnickKnack.in)
I called them for which I did not get any proper response other than them sending me an email address asking me to write to them. So I wrote back to vodafone for the Tiny TV problem because that was recent and got a very unexpected response. The response did not help me with the problem and moreover says I had activated this service where I very clearly have not activated any of these services, for that matter, I din’t even know what these services are until now after I did a web search. I have attached the mail conversation and I have the text msg screenshots. Request help to go about this problem and may Vodafone take this problem more seriously.
I need help on how to go about.
