Vodafone fault for wrong plan, services are not active

I am a corporate employee.I got the corporate connection for Vodafone from a vodafone executive. Due to his fault the corporate plan was wrongly uploaded as 199 instead of 375. I was wrong;y charged for internet usage.I was intimated three days before my billing cycle that you are being charged. No action was taken on this. Due my followups they changed the plan finally. But the bill of Rs.2300 was generated. They just gave me compensation of 700 and 1565 bill was given to me. I tried a lot to solve this but no result. Then I have paid my bill but still my services are inactive. I am facing lot of trouble in my office and my work. I am not able to make calls and connect. Vodafone executives are not replying and helping.

Company like Vodafone is giving trouble to consumers.This is highly dissappointing.

I need my services and reimbursement for false charges
