Vodafone has been recently harassing us a lot by not sending the bills on time and then disconnecting our phones for non payment. Since last 20 days have been complaining to Vodafone for non receipt of bill but they are still not providing me with a duplicate bill and now they have disconnected my phone for non payment. Please tell me how am I supposed to make a payment for a charge for which I have not received a proper hard copy bill. This is not the first time we are facing this problem. This is infact the third time within 18 Months that we are facing this problem. Kindly help us and suggest as to what is to be done with regards to the same.
