I submitted MNP request on 18th November 2017 and it was rejected without any reason on 22 november 2017. When I contacted fir the reason, they said i agreed to stay with Vodafone. I was like laughing… Anyway I have the call recordings. Today I visited store to discuss on this and he said it will be approved to day. And just now I received SMS saying it is rejected for the second time. It is a clear the Vodafone India is cheating the customers and it’s doing fruad to retain the customers.

  1. The same thing is happening with me. This is the second time they have rejected my request, They have generated a duplicate bill from their end which they have accepted but that keeps on showing outstanding balance on my account, its been a harrasment following up with them
