Vodafone not activating international roaming after charging

Currently I am in Austria. I did a vodafone’s international roaming of 30 days pack for my travel. It charged me 5751 Rs. But from day one when I reached to Austria I am not able connect to any of the network. Each and every network is saying forbidden and not able connect. Its totally unusable. I did this roaming from India because I will not face any such harrashment. But now in a foreign country like Austria vodafone messed my days here. Not able to connect to my home. They have screwed up everything. Totally unreliable.

Hence I want my money back asap and once I will return back to India I will port my sim card to some reliable service provider.

Please help me to get back my money at least. I have enough harrashment so far.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
