I have been trying to disconnect my Vodafone postpaid connection (8xxxxxxxx3) taken from pune since August 2014. Inspite of multiple calls to customer care, emails to all possible concerned email ids and visiting the Vodafone store , nothing has been done about the disconnection and bill is being continuously accrued. I had paid all the bills till January inspite of not even using the number.
I am repeatedly receiving the bills every month inspite of not using the number and begging them to disconnect the number. The customer care staffs and the staffs at the vodafone store have been extremely unsupportive and unhelpful. The customer care professionals Sxxxxa Dxxxxy, Axxxxl Gxxxe, Sxxxxi have just been repeatedly redirecting my calls and making me wait for hours together with no solution absolutely.

There have been no acknowledgement of any of my emails so far. The customer care instead of helping me have been rudely telling me to do whatever i want.

This has caused extreme mental stress . I have spent too much of time trying to get this sorted with the Vodafone staff, but they have not obliged. I have uselessly paid bills in the hope that they would atleast disconnect the number now.
