Vodafone not deactivating services even after written request

Vodafone team is harrassing me, I wrote to them on 18th February for deactivation of my postpaid number which they told me will be done by 24th February. Today on 28th February my account is not closed. They are saying that I will be charged untill my number is active. They are not deactivating my number please help.
