Vodafone spamming me with emails not pertaining to me

Despite my repeated reminders, vodafone (kerala) has been sending emails to my email address with the details of phone number 9xxxxxxxxxx9 which belongs to someone else. I have sent multiple reminders to vodafone stating that either the owner of the number mentioned above has wrongly given my email address as his/her’s or vodafone has wrongly entered these details in their record. I lieu of this, I would expect vodafone to stop spamming me with these unsolicited emails.

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
