After sending 4G sim no., no network to use the mobile. Poor tech support from customer care. Wasted one hour in chatting with them. Finally regd a complaint. Informed that Vodafone will respond in 3 days. Means no mobile use. But Vodafone charges monthly rent/taxes/late fee/interest etc. without providing network. Poor management. Customers should prefer claims for the inefficient service. Can they provide quality 4G service?
