I had bought a voltas 1ton 5star split AC last october 2014. As it was winter season that time so we dint use it. In march 2015 because of heat we started to use it and found out that it was not cooling at all. We called the customer care and enquired about it, they said the technician will come within 2-3 business days and will inspect about the problem. After 2 days the technician came to inspect and found out that AC has gas leakage problem, so he suggested that the gas will be refilled to make it work. for few days no response from voltas team regarding filling of gas, so we called again to enquire about it and they said that within 2 days the the concerned person will do the needful gas filling. so finally after 5 days they came and filled gas in it. For 2-3 days it cooled as expected but suddenly after that it din’t cool again. So we again called the customer care regarding this issue, and they again made excuses that their technician will come and will inspect. When i asked if i can get an replacement because it’s still in warranty period because we are really exhausted with this problem. They are only making excuses for this and simply denying to provide a new AC.
