Hi, I’ve purchased a Voltas 1.5 ton spilt ac on 18th may 2017. The first month it worked fine but it stopped working(wasn’t cooling) in its first month. I’ve contacted customer care and my problem was resolved but within 1 week it stopped working again (same issue) again my problem was resolved after continued contact with the customer care fir 3-4 days. Now it ain’t been a month since the last repair and it stopped working again. I mean what’s the point of spend heck load of money even if u can’t spend ur summer in peace. Voltas is known for it’s best air conditioning system. Now I want full refund or complete unit change.
