I have ordered VU 32’inches LED TV through Flipkart on 5th Jun 2015 under my friend’s account to receive the product with express deliver. Unfortunately I was not there at hometown, hence delivery boy intentionly cheated by sending email the product was delivered to me. I have registered the complaint regarding this once back to chennai on 9th Jun 15. No one has called me regarding this issue but every time i call their response is “wait 24 to 48 hrs and my mobile is not reachable “fedup with the customer support. finally received sms order “OD103034808815735400” is sheduled to be delivered between 14:00 to 18:00 on monday Jun 22,2015, but not received. the next day called customer support, they keep on tranferring the call by saying this is not the right department, finally 6th person said the product was not yet shipped however this is not the right department and tranferring the call to the right support, after that i was awaiting for 30 mins hold and my call was hung up. Is this the way to handle customer’s complaints, very poor support and no ownership. I will not recommend flipkart anymore. Need my tv within 24hrs otherwise leagally register complaint in consumer court.
