Want refund for defective laptop

I baught dell inspiron 3158 laptop on 26/04/2016 and after some days i noticed problem on toouch screen which is not working well on talet mode i contacted dell and after too much strugle dell replace my laptop afte 30 days (Dell pick my laptop on 13/07/16 and 30 days i was without laptop), i got new laptop on 16/08/2016 and i noticed same issue , sir i m tired of dell service. Now i dont want that i get laptop which is having problems, i m requesting you to help me to get refund.
