I bought a yu yureka handset in may whose headset is started malfunctioning in august and i filed a complaint in their customer care on 3rd of august and then after their ultra slow response towards the resolution of the problem and following series of instructions they are saying that the malfunctioning was not present at the time of buying and it started after using the handset so they cannot provide any warranty on this and i have to pay for the replacement of the motherboard when there is a problem in audiojack which will cost me 5999 rs and i bought the handset at rs 8999.
