I purchased MotoX phone from flipkart on 30May 2014. On 15 April 2015, WiFi and Bluetooth Connectivity issue arrised. A week later I contacted Motorola raising the concern . I visited service center and the hard formatted my phone and it started working again. Less than a month or so again the same problem arises. I communicated them via mail stating the issue. As usual they again suggested me to visit the service center. I got my phone on 30th may and within hours the Connectivity issue was back. Then I communicated to service centre via mail to extend my warranty as the problem is persistent. They refused extend the warranty. After that during November I visited service center, they informed me that the motherboard needs to be replaced which is an expensive affair. During this period from June to Nov. I kept on asking for solution to MOTOROLA INDIA via mail but all that efforts went in vain. So I got frustrated I asked to unlock my bootloader which they did promptly as unlocking bootloader voids the warranty. Now they are refusing to replace the motherboard for the Connectivity issue which was raised well before the expiration of the warranty of the product. Past 8 months I am pursuing the matter but MOTOROLA INDIA has been deceptive to avoid the matter at the first place because they knew that moto X phones have this problem and delayed the solution for the warranty to expire.

The problem was brought to notice of MOTOROLA INDIA well in advance but they prolonged it in order to void the warranty.
