It is regarding MNP request for my number from Aircel to Reliance.

My services are disabled from my Aircel on 12-Mar15 late night but not activated on RELIANCE SIM. I was not receiving network on provided SIM to call 59059. After much efforts with helpline and talking to executives, I understood that my CAF/SIM is changed due to some technical glitch at RELIANCE agency and different SIM will be provided to me on which services will be activated.

After multiple followups at helpline and many calls from different executives neither I get new sim nor my servcies activated. It just ends up with mental harrassments for us. Even escalation to Reliance appellate could not help.

Kindly help your intervention to sort this out and penalise such companies who are least bothered about end consumer.

  1. Would suggets never go for MNP to Reliance. we experienced worst customer services across telecom. Even there is no response from reliance appellate on my complaint.
