So frustated with SnapDeal Customer Service Expereince. They just played with emotions & no customer value to them at all.

I ordered Micromax Canvas Spart Q380 8GB mobile on 2nd November in SnapDeal Biggest Diwali Dhamaka Sale to gift my father who tavelled down here in Bangalore to celebrate Diwali starting 9th Nov 2015. Order Id-9721486765

I started tracking my order & verified that product delivery mentioned from snapdeal is from 7th Nov to 11th Nov.
I ddi see that product have reached from Delhi to Bangalore on 3rd November itself on 7th Nov. I called customer service No & Executive updated me that product will be delivered by 11th & their courier services are on holidays. Such a wird answer to their false promise on delivery. Few more calls with another executives each day getting more false promises that product will be delivered within 24 hours48 hours. No delivery no responseno single call from them.

I messaged to SnapDeal FB page today morning on 15th Nov & immediately Someone from SnapDeal called me asking my confirmation on still I need product or not. Wow, What a confirmation after 13 days of wait. is this your share value to customer to add more frustation. Today its 15th November & still havent received my product. My father is back now to native after diwali week.

SnapDeal, Please dont play with emotions during festival season so that someone like me will not try to buy anything from you thinking gift someone nearones. Hope you understand this better & will not share such experiences to others.Amir Khan -such a perfectionist will stop promoting you after reading such complaints more & more.

I’m stillw aiting for my product to check how many more days you take & how many false promises you make on product delivery timeline.

    How many false promises you are doing!! Please stop this now.

    I wrote 2nd time to your CEO escalation team about this expereince.You know what I have discussed with support executives & what false promises I am getting till today.

    Funny thing is -you wrote to me today that I’ll get my refund back.I didnt even ask to return\cancel this product till today starting 2nd Nov when I ordered this product.

    Just becasue its your failure you are trying to hind this & forcefully sendign this refunt.What a conclusion on your failure. Dont try to hide your fault please!

    I am in state where I have repeatedly mentioned that I’m giving Behaviorial Test “How much Frustration I can handle with your SnapDeal Worst Experience which is still contniue starting 2nd Nov till date & I’m still waiting for the product”

    Even escalation to CEO team is not helping here.What to say!
