sir I was using yureka from last 4 months and it was a worst experience for me .. phone was logging and hanging, battery not last even for 2 hours. After 20 to 30 phone calls to customer support they took my mobile back and assured for the replacement of new one but it has gone 1 month and they just keep saying “sorry for inconvenience it will take some more working days to resolve the same”. I really get tired of sending emails and calls.. here I am looking for some help to how to take actions against yu yureka. here I am providing some information so that if a customer support executive can see this and able to resolve from the issue
