I’ve the complaint against Airtel for the current month period of 26 Aug- 25 sep 2015, the Airtel company has forwarded me very excessive and totally wrong Bill…Rs. 3071.79
In previous months I never got such a Bills even my uses was the same as now… Then how it’s possible that they give me such a Bill. Generally I never use the services other than SMS, calling (only local calls), INTERNET (
what’s app(only texts) (I’ve another simcard which I use generally for big use of Internet).
For only for this purpose Airtel has forwarded me the Bill of rs. 3071.79. Even the usages are till same as previous month periods. The same thing was happened for the second Bill of my no. The amount shown to me by UNB was rs. 2700 in the middle of the month period…. But gets reduced day by day…. And finally I got the bill of rs. 855(250+605) 250/was my activation charge which I was not paid at the time of purchase.
I’ve talked with customer care executive and contacted with appellate through e-mail. But they are not listening me and providing me the same Bill by giving reason that I’ve used internet and charges are valid. If my uses are same as previous use then how can disserve such a excessive Bill.
