Paytm is giving wrong benefits to customers, At Rs.51 recharge of Tata Docomo in Paytm it was reflecting 28 days validity, while after i recharged, i got only 1 day validity. Now they are saying operator is responsible, complaint no.09416655, and operator is saying in their site only one day validity is given

  1. Even I have similar problem. I have done tata docomo recharge for Rs:200 from paytm, where it was showing full talk time. But I received Rs:170.9 only. Have filed complain with both Paytm and Tata docomo. Waiting for there reply.

    Where you able to get it resolved ?
