Wrong bill from MTS

I am using MTS Data Card from last 6 months. In the Sep 15 bill, Rs 350/ has been charged as Data Booster Plan. However, I have not made this type of request. I contacted various times to MTS customer care and they told me that you had requested for the same on 09 Sep 2015. MTS Customer Care had provided me the mobile number, from which the request had been made. Neither, that mobile number is my registered number with MTS, nor I know whereabout regarding that number. I paid Rs 627/- in time as per my plan and Rs 399/- is showing as balance. Further, MTS has restricted my Data services. I mailed to customer care and after no positive response, I mailed to MTS appelaate authority. But I didn’t receive positive response from their end. Kindly intervene and resolve this issue.

    we would request you to please share the 10 digit MTS number to resolve the issue.
