Wrong booking done due to fault with Makemytrip Windows Ap

I booked ticket in SpiceJet on 12th Feb using Make My Trip windows mobile App. But Make my trip itself booked the ticket in Indigo. I called customer care, they informed server is down. Make My Trip cheated the customer. I have eye-witness while booking the ticket. I have complaint but they are responding that their server logs tells that I have booked in Indigo.
