Wrong brand delivered on order for Axter brand shoes

I have ordered axter brand running shoes but they delivered me welco brand shoes which is used and damage. I have tried 5 to 6 times to return / replacement / refund but they reject every time by saying new reasons every time and now they started ignoring my call and automatically cancelled my return request without informing me. I have order axter brand but they delivered welco brand and those pair of shoes are used and damaged. Every time i call toll-free they filled a new complain but never try to solve the problem. Worst service.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
