Wrong bus ticket booking information for payment through Mobikwik

I have booked bus ticket from akola to pune on 15 aug 2016. After payment they send me SMS with your DOJ today 13 aug 2016. But I captured screen shot of payment details which show me 15 aug 2016 date . I have contacted more than 10 times and spent more than 7 hours with customer support and their high authorities. They always said that your issue will be solve within 10 min and I have sent screen shot of payment as well as SMS which i got from Mobikwik. Please You will take serious enquiry and fined them for that trouble which was they given to me. I have proof that they misleads customers and bother them after payment.
