I booked ola on 20th-Aug-17 at 09.56 PM, from Seven Hill to baba petrol pump as per ola application approximate ride is Rs 61 to 65 but they charge me for this ride of Rs 311/-, i have also call to ola cc their representative told me that at the time of my booking more 5 customer booked ola & for that one pop window open and ask you for extra Rs 50/- will charged for this ride and i have accept this request but pop window not shown at the time of booking also if i a have include Rs 50/- + Fare charges as per ola recommanded its Rs 114/- but still ola charged me Rs 311/- for this ride also in ola map my pick up location reflecting Jalna to baba petrol pump & address shown seven hill how can its possible ola ne loot macha rakhi hain.
