Wrong damaged item delivered by ladytbeautique

I have placed order on ladybeautique for two dresses. I have made online payment for one dress and the other one was placed at cash on delivery. Those people have delivered the one with cash on delivery that too a wrong product and with a damage on it. When I tried to enquire about the other product and tried raising a request for return on the delivered one they are not answering the calls neither they are replying to my emails.
