I have ordered from www.shopclues.com. I have ordered philips INMMS4040F 2.1 multimedia speaker and i have recieved on 31st october2015 a wrong and damaged product philips DSP2800/94 speaker. On 31stoct2015 I raised a return request at shopclues. Today is 18Nov2015 i am following up through calls an emails to shopclues but they are fooling me and not helping me and everytime asking me to wait for 48hrs. My return request has been approved by them. But still shopclues has not arranged reverse pickup 1)shopclues closed my ticket without informing me 2nd time shopclues reinitiated my ticket, 3rd time shopclues said due to diwali courier person is ot coming
4th time they updated wrong information on website saying they have sent courier boy but shipment was not ready. And not giving any tacking details of courier saying that they dont have authority. I and my family is 24hrs available at our home.shopclues is using customers hard earned money for its profit. I want shopclues to refund me my money.
