Wrong debit by Amazon for prime membership

On 16th October 2017 6697.25 rupees got debited from my bank account in the name of Amazon primr membership. But I have not subscribed for any such membership and withou my knowledge the amount was debited from my account. So I raised a complaint in Amazon and they sent me an email that the whole amount would be refunded to my account in 3-5 business days. But yesterday they refunded only 6139.95 rupees and I did not receive the remaining 558 rupees. When I asked the customer care they are not responding properly. Please someone help me on this.
