Wrong debit by freecharge, money not credited in the wallet account

I used Freecharge for debiting money from my bank account for a purchase on snapdeal.com using Freecharge go Yes Bank MasterCard. The total amount of 1050 rupees was debited from my bank account towards Freecharge and after proceeding with all the security matters the money was successfully credited to freecharge.com from my bank and after creating the money I got a mail from Freecharge saying that the money was successfully added and credited to my Freecharge wallet.

After the mail from Freecharge I went to snap deal.com for paying the money and at first the payment was failed I retried the payment using Freecharge go and I got a message from Freecharge saying that payment failed due to insufficient balance so I suddenly checked my Freecharge account balance and it remained the same. No money was credited to my recharge wallet when I checked recent transaction history so I mailed this problem too c a r e at Freecharge.com

They said me that the credited money was debited against order which was never done. The money was never used and the money was swallowed by Freecharge itself buy fooling customers. They never refunded the 1050 rupees to my wallet or bank account I want my full amount refunded soon with in 2 business days
