Wrong debit on my tata sky

I am a Tata Sky subscriber. I had subscribed for the Karaoke service with Tata sky for which an amount of INR 1390 was charged for the Hdlg Chrgs of USB Mic wit pack on the 31st of October. This amount was again debitted from my account on the 3rd of Nov. as a wrong debit. Inspite of following up with 7 supervisors and calling the call centre more than 15 times the amount has not been credited to my account. I have been constantly been given false commitments by the supervisors that the amount will get credited within 24 hours from the 4th of Novemeber. No respite as yet.

It is not the amount but the ordeal I am going through as I need to keep recharging my account inpsite of having balance available that is due from Tata sky.

Further, there is no process to escalate to the higher levels as the supervisors do not share the contact details of the next level of escalation.

Over all a very disturbing experience. Pls help if possible
