I’m a prepaid customer of reliance. From last 2, 3 months many times deduction was there for the VAS service(like Hungama etc.) which was not activated by me. and if I call reliance care than they say i have stop that service and refunded, and the very next day it was activated again automatically. Still some amount not yet credited back
also, now my call is not connecting to Reliance Care.
Please help me to talk to top authority of reliance to give then feedback and get credited my up to date wrong deduction as well as provide proper customer services.
