I have the Vodafone prepaid card for last 6 years. but now the deduction from my account are happening for value added services that I never requested. I was trying to call Vodafone customer care executive but they again and again tell they are not able to proceed my call. They tell me they can give me customer care executive help for 24 hrs but they are not able to solve my problem.
