I never opened any Demat account with ICICI Bank, but few days back I got to know that there is a Demat account in my name and they have charged me for that on:
on 29th April 2015 DP Charges Rs.51.45
on 8th May 2015 charges Rs.510.35
on 26th April 2016 Rs.572.50
I have sent an email/complaint to the Bank regarding this, but they only send me email as a reply with apologies and not more then that.
First they gave me only missed calls and sent me the emails that I have missed the calls, when I wrote them back to refund all the amount and close my Demat account.
They only said that they are not able to refund all the deducted amount, I asked them to refund all the amount because they did a Fraud thing to me, I never opened any Demat account How can they opened a Demat account without my permission?
But what I got is only apologies in mail and when I got the call (actual call) from there side, that was only to made me hear there words not mine.
And when I told him (that Guy who was on call) that I have raised a complaint regarding this issue, that call became a rude call and hung up on my face.
I never ever imagined about this kind of attitude from the Bank towards their Customers, really disappointing.
I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS AND I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK.
