Wrong deductions by Idea cellular

I am using Idea cellular prepaid connection, and idea cellular is deducting recharged balance from my account without my consent, upon my contacting idea helpline they say that they have closed active VAS, but the next day again the same deductions happen and the deductions are of INR150 minimum, I want justice for the mental and financial torture caused to me, its a request.
