This is with reference to support ticket # 343324 created with for order ID # 70013. I ordered Dunlop guitar conditioner as follow up order to buying Dunlop 01. However, I have been shippped Dunlop 01 cleaner instead of Dunlop 02.

I raised a ticket on 23rd August, 2016, informing their team of this. I got first response next day, asking for pictures of incorrectly delivered item. However, since 24th August, I have tried to get response on replacement by making 5 follow up emails, 3 customer care calls and 2 live chat sessions. I have only got feedback on 2 occasions with no clarity on when replacement is going to be processed.
