Wrong delivery information by Snapdeal for cancelled order

I have order a Micromax x879 on 20 July 2016. due to delay in delivery I have cancelled my order. I got a message on 30/07/2016 from snapdeal in which they right ‘your product will be delivered between 30 July to 4 Aug. I have cancelled my order on 30 July. but after 3-4 days order shows delivered. after seeing that I have call snapdeal customer care on 4 Aug and they said that they will solve my problem within 6 days but after 25 days they could not solve my problem. they neither give product not refund. I have call more than 20 times regarding this order.
