I have purchased one Bio magnetic bracelete from Flipcart. But i have ordered priduct’ A ‘they have delivered product’ B ‘which is lesser cost. I have already contacted to their coustoner executive twice to refund the surplus money back. But they told me there has no option for surlus money refund, so they will refund the product and after that they will refund the whole money to my bank account. After that i have to odered freshly to get this product which is time consuming. I don’t want to refund the product, sir i just wanted to take the neceesary action against then for this unnecesary delay.

  1. Since a wrong product has been delivered you should return the product with Flipkart’s consent and get refund or replacement.
