I had deposited an amount of Rs. 5000/- to an wrong airtel money account. Which was credited to that account holder and I have counter receipt for that transaction still airtel told me that there was no such kind of transaction made. I send them scan copy of that counter receipt but they are neglecting for transaction. The Wrong account holder told to airtel that she had not received any amount in her account while the airtel outlet where I deposited my amount cleared me that my transaction was made at 03:39:34 PM on 08/03/206 and the same amount from that account to another account transferd at 05:17 PM. It means that account holder come to know that she had received wrong amount and she transfered it to another account.

In this case Airtel don’t want to take any charge. Please help me to resolve my problem and help me to get back my amount.

Hereby I attach scan copy of my counter receipt.
