Wrong dress delivered and no response

I ordered an embroidered work beige lehanga choli which costs 1299 Rs. and shipping charges around 60 Rs. on COD but I received Black Kurta with white lehanga which is too worse in quality. I had mailed them as per the instruction on their site and called them on that number which is given on there site but there is no response from them. Please take an action against them and return my money back.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
