Wrong information and wrong charge by Reliance GSM

I have a reliance gsm number. 2 days earlier i have dial from my mobile *129# and select unlimited calls option and i saw on screen “recharge with rs 26 and get unlimited local and std reliance calls for 15 days validity, and i selest that offer but today when i call on reliance number then it has been charged from main balance, when i call customer care, she tails me offer is only valid for 2 days but whaen i again call then we talk with another customer then he told me offer is valid for 3 days..then i say why you provide this type of offer which show 15 days validity but valid till 2, 3 days ,
sir, please take a suitable action against this.

    I have taken plan of 899.they have told me ever call is free. To any local and std. I using last two years after two years they changed my plan with out information and telling that u having call charges and they have generated wrong bill upto 3914 Rs. One girl call from reliance and told if you activitie 2G plan then we wil. not generate more bill. So.please help me
