I ordered Lenovo Ideapad 330 (Core i5-8th Gen/8GB RAM/2TB HDD/15.6 Inch FHD/DOS/2GB Graphics) 81DE0088IN (Platinum Grey,2.2 Kg) on 30 Dec 2018 at 11:21 PM worth Rs.44,780 but Paytm delivered me this same product with only 4GB RAM instead of 8GB RAM.
I spoke with seller and informed and he told me to recheck through their guidance so i checked RAM capacity again through their guidance and again found that this laptop contains only 4GB RAM. After that seller asked me to go authorized lenovo service center to verify the issue and i went to lenovo service center and they also verified the same issue and at that time lenovo service center executive also spoke with seller and told them about 4GB RAM and they also told me that this laptop is tempered/ seal broken that means this laptop has opened by someone. After all the communication with seller, he told me to place replacement order with PayTm and i did the same. After 2 days i saw that my return request has rejected without any resolution.
I have shared everything whatever Paytm aksed like invoice copy, product images, Product box’s images. I have called Paytm many time and every time and i have filled compalaints 3 times with paytm but no progress with my replacement.
I am trying to contact seller and i have made around 15+ calls but he is not responding to my calls. I am scared about this fraud. Please help me with this issue. I have only hope with this forum so its my humble request to you please help me with my issue as soon as possible.
