A south hd pack was activated on sep2nd and I got that deactivated the same day. Again the pack was activated by you guys mistakenly and I got to know this Info on nov3rd when I called for deactivating my English hd pack. So when the fault is with you guys why is the refund not possible. A ticket is being raised all the time I call them but no resolution.
