Wrong product delivered by Amazon, no service support

In the month of September we had ordered a Sony Bluetooth headphone through Amazon.com. Due to non availability of “sony” company headphone they replaced our order with your company ” AWEI”. We trusted the brand name and asked Amazon to provide the Awei brand Bluetooth headphone. But within one month it has stopped working. When we contacted amazon, they are not giving any positive response. Amazon is not ready for any of “AFTER SALE SERVICE”.

We request them to replace the same on the mail but they people deny and even not ready to repair the product. Now we have no way of getting our money or product recovered.
