Wrong product delivered by Amazon vendor

Hello team, I have ordered beatXP Unbound+ 1.8″ (4.5 cm) AMOLED Display (1000 Nits Brightness), smart watch on 21-08-23. Sold by: Appario Retail Private Ltd. Instead of watch they have sent me used boat airpods. I have raised the complaint with amazon twice and today i have called customer care and they were saying that investigation is been done and seller has denied stating that he has sent the correct product.

Please help me in this, my hard earn money is going to waste because of sellers and amazon.
