I ordered LG G4 STYLUS. I ordered it on 8 aug and it got delivered on 14 aug 2016 after opening outerbox/safety box, not mobile box, i found mobile of 3g variant (LGH540D) and this variant doesnt support 4g network and variant which support 4g network is (LGH630D), AND BOTH have same name LG G4 STYLUS

BUT when i ordered it was clearly showing sim type GSM+LTE, 3G+4, operating freq. 4G(LTE).

Now when everything clearly displaying about mobile network ( attaching screen shot of same) , i ordered mobile, but i got mobile variant LGH540D , which doesnt support 4G network,

Lot of mails , tweets had been written but they were stubborn to refund money only, not exchanging with proper variant , if they refund money and i make fresh buy i will lose more than 1500+

I bought if for 9999 and after that rates are always 11500+

I have even send speedpost (20 days back) to flipkart but no reply yet from them.

My evidence is very clear and i am attaching screen shot of same..

it is unfair trade practice by flipkart and their team, showing something and sending something.

please do needful.
