Wrong product delivered by Flipkart vendor, no customer support

I created account on flipkart and ordered some products, when i receieved them they were totally different from those shown: i raised replacement/refund , some were made but some were rejected so i contacted customer care, they promised to help but nothing was done but then aall of a sudden my account was blocked, i can’t login to it now…… i contacted customer suupport but they told nothing can be done, all my money is tuck and what would i do with those faulty products as im unable to login to my account and return them

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
