I made a order via flipkart site as a registered user under email id- email@example.com. I ordered a Philips 32PFL5578 32 inches Led TV under the order id: OD300942082194245300 on 6-Oct-2104 and i got it delivered on 9-Oct-2014. As the product also has a demo and installation from the manufacturer side, I was waiting and kept it unopened till 13-Oct-2014, when the philips service person arrived and opened it. When its opened we found some other wrong philips 3800 series TV set. I raised a complaint on the same day with flipkart contact center and registered the complaint under the complaint no: 141013-113917.
Initially it was said and mailed me that they will call me to resolve the issue by 16-Oct-2014. On that day they didn’t even care to call me and a mail came that they will take some more days and will call by 19-Oct-2014, but its 20-Oct-2014 no response or call from flipkart’s end. I have been calling their customer care number more than 6 times, but no proper response and they just hang-up my call. Its a serious mental stress to me.
I want my money back, I have paid Rs. 24, 990 and i also demand compensation for the time i have spent in following this and mailing and raising complaints and the mental stress i’m going throught and also the interest for the days till they refund my money and also for the holes that i have created thinking that i will get the TV and the loss in arrangements i have made in my home to install the TV.
I’m ready to give back the wrong TV i have got in the same carton box. I have the bill showing the correct product, and the wrong tv set in the actual carton box that i received it and the emails conversations.
