Wrong product delivered by Jabong, no customer support

I ordered alcott white sneakers from jabong few days back and when i received the product I saw, the product was completely different. I instantly clicked the picture of the product and sent it to the jabong team and initiated return request regarding the product.
The pick-up of the product was supposed to done by Monday 30-11-17 but there was no confirmation call and yesterday when I talked to them they refused and told nothing can be done from their side.
They told that their team have video footage while packing the parcel and there was no fault now they are refusing that they will not accept the product.
