Wrong product delivered by ladybeautique.in, no customer support

I ordered a dress from shopping site named ladybeautique.in on 12 feb 2018 of 1329 rs. but the product delivered to me is not the same as on website. Therefore I continuously trying to contact them through their phone no.as given website as well as mailed them at their mail address but I didn’t get any response from them. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed .and request you to kindly look into the matter. I am attaching order details along with this complain.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
